Great Day Today!

Got to see Maceo and Michelle.  Maceo is so funny, you  never know what he's going to say.
Busy day today - mammogram first thing in the morning and then super busy at work so no time to exercise.  Hopefully I get to it tomorrow.

I've wanted to start a blog for about 6 years now.  I'm late to the party but I'm finally here!  I'm hoping this blog will help me in my healthy lifestyle pursuit, make me accountable.  So - this is my first post and 2012 is going to be a great year!
